Growing up in a single parent household taught Jennifer that money can be everything, especially when you do not have it. When an overseas death in the family took place, they were unable to attend the funeral due to financial constraints, and it showed her how important it was to have assets. Being a restaurant worker was just not going to pay the bills and tuition at Penn State University. After also seeing how some family members being taken advantage of by unethical industry practices, she wanted to learn and teach money to prevent further dishonest events from taking place. Now that she has retired her most important family member, and achieved a relative level of success, paying it forward is her focus.
